"Roll Call. Listen Up. Looks like we got a new guy startin' with us. Le'mee give you a heads up, Rook, what to expect out there. First off, we're a city of about 55 square miles with a population of about 166,000 and a police force of about 430. We've got five districts-- 2 east side and 2 west side, in addition to our downtown. Welcome to D5, the busiest district. You're going to be working with about 60 of the most experienced and versatile officers in this city. Some of the things you will see and do out here will shock you. Some will be outright comical. Keep it all in perspective and you'll do fine. That's all I got. Anybody got anything? Sign out your cars."
